Shipping Information

RadGear proudly offers Free Domestic Shipping with no minimum order requirement on all non-freight items. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the United States.

• Carrier: UPS Ground is RadGear’s exclusive shipping partner.

• Expedited shipping: RadGear does not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.

• Freight orders: Large or oversized items that require freight delivery are excluded from free shipping and will be quoted separately.

• P.O. Boxes: RadGear cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

• International Orders: RadGear currently ships within the United States only.

• Taxes and Duties: All taxes or fees imposed by the customer’s state or local government are the responsibility of the customer.


General Return Information

RadGear provides a comprehensive line of radiation protection apparel, eyewear, and barrier systems. Return policies may vary by product category and manufacturer.

• For RadGear-manufactured products, standard RadGear return policies apply.

• For non-RadGear distributed products, items are covered under the manufacturer’s individual warranty and return policy.

• Customized products (including made-to-order aprons, prescription eyewear, and personalized or custom-fit items) are non-returnable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error.

• Bulk or institutional orders may be subject to unique return terms.

• Special sale items (discontinued, close-out, or overstock) are final sale and cannot be returned.


Return Authorization (RMA) Instructions

For eligible products, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending any items back.

1. Contact RadGear Customer Service by phone or email CustomerService@radgearusa.com.

2. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and specific shipping instructions.

3. Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA issuance and be in resalable condition.

4. Unauthorized returns or returns received after 30 days may be refused or denied credit.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping items back prepaid. We recommend photographing your item before and after packaging to document its condition in case of damage during transit.

Return Credits and Fees

Once returned items are inspected and approved:

• A merchandise credit or refund (via original payment method, ACH, or check) will be issued.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy. RadGear will make every effort to waive these fees for product exchanges or replacement orders.
